My ears perked up when Karen told me about these Peanut Butter Granola Bars. They sounded healthy and delicious.Karen went home and promptly emailed the recipe to me.
I read the description, “crunchy, toasty, and full of peanut-buttery deliciousness, with just a hint of cinnamon” and just knew that I had to try these.
There are times when something like these bars can be a very appropriate snack, treat or even desert. I have a big family event coming up and I think this is one thing that I’ll be bringing to the party. Thanks Karen for sharing!
