Throughout these years I have endeavored to stay on top of current nutritional research. The data continues to be compelling that a whole-food plant-based lifestyle is the healthiest way to live.

With plant-based food people lose weight, keep it off and improve their overall health. For the past 100 years, the data has shown that cultures that eat whole grains, vegetables and fruit are relatively free of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and other autoimmune diseases. Cultures that traditionally had high numbers of centenarians primarily lived on root vegetables, grains and fruit.
