Begin your exercise today! Exercise gets your metabolism going, burns off your excess body fat and increases your lean body mass. Starting out may be a challenge. I know it was for me and often is for many of my clients. Programs such as Curves have been a great way to get going for many women. But sometimes to get started, you just gotta do it!
Early one morning driving to the gym, I heard a physician on National Public Radio talking about obesity and the importance of exercise. She was very pragmatic about exercise. She said we should stop making excuses and worrying about exercise being fun or enjoyable, and instead we should consider it a prescription.
It is just something we have to do, just like taking medication for a particular condition. It isn’t optional.
Our condition as humans is that we were created to hunt and gather, to walk and run, to be active most of the day. We were never designed to sit at a computer all day, lounge around in front of a TV or ride around in a car.
Most of my life I was overweight and obese. I hated to sweat and exercise was a four-letter word that I did not do. Today, thanks to hypnosis for weight loss, it feels great when I exercise regularly and give care to myself. Weight loss hypnosis can make positive changes in your life too.
