Promise of a new day and a new beginning

With the promise of a new day and a new beginning, I’m backing off of the some of my activities to rest and give my body the opportunity to quickly heal.

If you haven’t heard, August 2, a driver made an illegal U-turn in the middle of the block with out looking. I was on my bike and of course the car & driver came out unscathed. Not so for me and the bike. I am healing and looking forward to the day when I am back on a bike.

I just got back from the HypnoThoughts Live conference in Vegas where I presented 3 days in a row. This week is multiple doctors appointments and clients. Next week, I go to Minnesota to visit our youngest son and his wife. (Shorter trip than what was planned since I am unable to canoe the Boundary Waters with him.)

So for the next 2 – 3 weeks, daily blog post will continue, but they will either be just a suggestion or they will be one of the more than 4,000 posts that I’ve previously written (I know you’ve not read them all).
