You probably also know that I like simple cooking and this recipe falls right into that. Its only a few ingredients and from start to serving is about 30 minutes.
When I make this pasta, I’ll sauté the shallots in water in a non-stick pan. No need to hide the flavor in oil or add unnecessary fat to the recipe.
