Rewire your brain with gratitude
I’ve been talking and writing for years about how you can rewire your brain with gratitude. It’s Thanksgiving week so it seems only appropriate to go back and revisit gratitude.
Studies show that a routine gratitude practice creates a healthful and self-perpetuating cycle in your brain. The more you purposefully count your blessings makes it easier to count them as they happen.
Don’t wait until Thursday, take time today and give thanks!
