Rheumatoid Arthritis ~ Move Free Hypnosis

My interest in rheumatoid arthritis came as a result of developing RA myself. Rheumatoid arthritis runs throughout my family. Not only do I have the genetic predisposition for RA, I had the expectation that of course I would get it – and I did! As I experienced more and more swelling. pain and stiffness, I began to wonder about the possibilities of what impact hypnosis might have at overcoming the symptoms of RA.

One day while using hypnotherapy with a client who was recovering from cancer I began to wonder about adapting the cancer protocol I use for RA. I also looked at Melissa Roth’s protocol that I have used for years for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and fibromyalgia (FMS). Working with Melissa Roth we combined segments of these protocols.  I began to notice that I had less stiffness, less pain and less swelling. I began using these techniques on clients who came to me to manage the pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis. They too began noticing improvement. I am excited to say that today I do not have the swelling, stiffness and pain that I was experiencing.
