Roasted Potatoes and Carrots
So Tuesday one of the Bainbridge Weight Loss Hypnosis clients told me about this great roasted potatoes and carrots recipe that she made. The recipe came from an email from Dr. John McDougall.
I had not taken the time to look at this email that was in my inbox, but she had my mouth watering as she shared with me how great it was. She was kind enough to forward it to me so that I didn’t have to search for it which I deeply appreciate.
As I read the recipe one idea that I have is to add chunks of pineapple.

McDougall Recipes, by Tiffany Hobson: “This dish is a staple in my house. I sometimes use a variety of potatoes (such as Yukon, Russets, Purple, etc.) to vary the flavor. If you do this, make sure you cut the potatoes in a way that they all cook together evenly. I always use poultry seasoning, but I will change up my herbs. Thyme, marjoram and oregano are beautiful in this dish.”
