Plant-based dietician Jeff Novick has this awesome Facebook page called My Simple Recipes. These are quick easy recipes that can be made in 10 minutes or less for about $5.00 or less per serving.
The page has pictures of plates of food. You click on a picture that looks interesting and it takes you to the recipe.
We haven’t tried them all, but the ones we have tried are great and we have developed our own variations on them. We keep frozen brown rice, frozen vegetables, cans of beans and other quick ingredients on hand.
In those times when we need something quick and easy. We turn to these simple recipes. They are great! Thank you Jeff Novick for the inspiration behind making healthy plant-based eating simple and affordable!
