Bean Burgers

Ingredients:

  • -One Can Eden Foods Organic Kidney Beans, No Salt Added, drained, rinsed and mashed by hand
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Brown Rice (short grain works the best)
  • 1/2 Cup Regular Rolled Oats (or ~1/4 cup cornmeal)
  • 2 TB Home Made Salsa (or any salsa, ketchup, or BBQ sauce)
  • Spice

Directions:

Mash Beans by hand
Add in all other ingredients and mix well
Form into patties
Grill (or broil) on each side till lightly golden brown
Add in about 1 Tbsp of your favorite dried spices
