Honey Vinegar Dressing

This is a great dressing for coleslaw

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Put in jar, cover and shake.

I think it’s best to mix the dressing with the coleslaw and refrigerate overnight before eating.
