Mustard Dressing

I use this dressing on steamed greens like beet greens, spinach and kale. I have also used it on wilted spinach.

  • 2 Table spoons Mustard (I use Jack Daniels Spicy Southwest Mustard. Find one that you like that does not have corn syrup)
  • 1 Table spoon Vegetable Broth (I use the juice from steaming the greens)
  • 1 pinch Smoked Sea Salt (I like apple or Hickory)
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

Serves 2

Mix together and toss with greens. Can be served heated or cold.
