Spicy Asian Vegetable Soup
I found this Spicy Asian Vegetable Soup from Michael Greger, M.D. on his NutritionFacts.org website. It’s a hearty winter soup that’s easy to make with with only 15 minutes of prep time and 30 minutes to cook.
And of course, I love it that it’s spicy! But, when we make it, the spices will be toned way down so that Marilyn will eat it and I will add the spices into my bowl.
I like the idea of switching it up by using buckwheat noodles one day and brown rice the next.
