Sriracha and Carrot Hummus
I’m excited about making this Sriracha and Carrot Hummus tomorrow. We are having neighbors for an early Christmas dinner and this will be one of our veggie dip appetizers.
I’ve not had sriracha carrot hummus, I saw in in the grocery store and thought WOW – I’d like that! There are a variety of recipes online. I thought that this one from Bowl of Delicious appealed to me most. I will make it without the olive oil. That added fat just isn’t necessary.
Since we are having guests, I’ll keep it mild. But, I’m sure I will be making another batch over the holidays that will have a good kick to it. Either way, I’m looking forward to dipping my veggies in this sriracha carrot hummus.
