In just the last few years, nutritional science has made major breakthroughs. Many old beliefs about which foods cause excess body fat and which ones are healthy have been tossed out the window.
We now know that the primary cause of being overweight for most individuals is fat, sugar and processed foods. Researchers at the University of Massachusetts Medical School have found that the body is able to convert dietary fat into body fat with greater ease than it can convert carbohydrates into body fat.
