Stress and your memory

I have written before about the effects of stress but I don’t think that I’ve had a post dedicated to stress and your memory.

On March 20, 2019, the Alzheimer’s Prevention Registry wrote that the “Framington Heart Study found higher levels of the stress hormone cortisol were associated with a decrease in memory and brain volume. This was more pronounced in healthy younger to middle-aged women than men.”

The post goes on to state the importance of mindfulness and gratitude. Self-hypnosis is perfect to help you to reduce the stress in your life and to increase your memory.

Hypnosis can help you to be more mindful and grateful. Over the years I have always taught all my clients self-hypnosis so that it can be used in all areas of your life.
