Stuffed Pumpkin
Yep – it’s Stuffed Pumpkin time again! And, I’m excited. I love Stuffed Pumpkin. Stuffed Pumpkin can be a fun Halloween meal or any other fall meal.
And it’s become a staple on our Thanksgiving dinner table. Here’s the deal: I urge you to make two – one for your tribal feast on Thanksgiving Day and another one set aside for your own left overs.
Only once did we make the mistake of only making one – and there was none left. When we celebrate the holiday at someone else’s home, we take one and leave the other one in our refrigerator. And, it’s always a great conversation piece. Bon Appétit!!!

Stuffed Pumpkin
This Stuffed Pumpkin recipe has been our family favorite for many years. It comes out of the oven a golden brown and it looks beautiful and mighty delicious. And, if you don’t have a pumpkin, you can use two medium acorn squash cut in half, butternut squash, cut in half, or banana or Hubbard squash.
