WOW! Halloween is tomorrow! In some ways it seems like last week that I posted the Stuffed Pumpkin recipe for 2019. And in many ways it seems that 2020 will never end! Just 63 more days to go! And, Thanksgiving is only 27 days away! Even this year, we have so much to be grateful for!
If you haven’t already stored away your pumpkins for Thanksgiving, now is the time to buy them before they are all gone. Many of you know that about 20 years, a stuffed pumpkin has been the center piece of our Thanksgiving dinner. Not only is it delightful to look at, it is delectable to eat.
We always make two pumpkins – one for Thanksgiving dinner and the second one to have as leftovers. I hope that you enjoy your stuffed pumpkin!
