Stuffed Pumpkin 2023

Yup … it’s time to start planning for the Stuffed Pumpkin 2023! Can you believe it’s been one whole year since I last posted about Stuffed Pumpkin? For the past 16 years, I’ve annually posted about Stuffed Pumpkin.

In case you don’t know, Stuffed Pumpkin is a healthy alternative to turkey and it’s really, really delicious! But, fair warning – make two! One to share at the dinner and a second one for yourself as leftovers after everyone has gone home.



Give Thanks

For Your Thanksgiving Dinner


As I said, I encourage you to make two Stuffed Pumpkins. One for Thanksgiving dinner and the second one to have as leftovers. And, yes, it is that great tasting that you want two. We always do!
