Have you checked the sugar content of your child’s drink? Or, how about your favorite drink? How much sugar is in that? Many fruit and energy drinks have as much added sugar and calories as sugary sodas. And don’t think for a second that you are being healthy with diet drinks. If you or your kids are drinking something other than water, check the label.

Even if it is real 100% juice, have them eat the fruit or vegetable as God made it – whole. Juicing destroys the fiber and you end up mainlining the sugar from the fruit or vegetable.
Childhood obesity is preventable. Let’s end it now.
