The Mental Rehearsal has made an unbelievable difference in my life that I never thought would be possible.

I came to you for hypnosis help for IBS and instead you changed my life. (Oh, and I no longer have IBS).

After our second session the IBS symptoms were reducing and by the 4^th session they were gone – as long as I did the Mental Rehearsal practice that you taught me. There were a few times that I’d forget to do it and I noticed right away that I wasn’t feeling very well and that my day wasn’t going so well.

When I finally connected that Mentally Rehearsing joyfully feeling well and having a great day made the difference, I started doing it every day – sometimes multiple times in a day.
