Utilizing the alarms

Utilizing the Alarms: Creating Lasting Change through Mindful Awareness is my talk at the All-New Fall 2018 Content Virtual Convention: 36 Techniques for Success in Professional Hypnosis.

Your client comes to you with a history of thoughts, emotions and physical sensations. These unconscious states can be utilized for creating lasting change. Frequently we are taught that as hypnotherapists our job is to remove these thoughts, emotions and physical sensations. Since your client is so good at them, why not utilize them to achieve their goals?

In this course I will show you how you can teach your clients to become conscious of those unconscious states to such an extent that they would never go unnoticed by them again. With this mindful awareness of these states can become the wake up call reminding them that there is choice. They can think, feel and act differently leading to lasting change.

You will:

  • Become aware of unwanted thoughts, feelings and emotions
  • Utilize these states to separate from them
  • Redirect and think, feel and be different
