The bright colors of this Warm Lentil Salad with Roasted Delicata and Red Onions sure caught my attention. I haven’t made it yet – but I sure will be soon!
I’m assuming that it will take me more than 10 minutes to prepare – but it still looks quick and simple. I look forward to enjoying it both warm and cold. It can be the main course for our dinner for 3 nights next week.
