It was weight management hypnosis that really got me started as a Health Care Support Hypnotherapist. Since 1990, my Slender For Life™ weight loss hypnosis program has helped hundreds of people through out the U.S. and in several countries to lose weight and keep it off.
I personally know that hypnosis for weight loss works. I was obese for more than two-thirds of my life. 20 years ago I lost 115 pounds with weight loss hypnosis and I have kept it off. My own weight loss success is the basis for my passion to help others to lose weight and keep it off.
