Release 2 pounds

So what do you need to do to release 2 pounds this next week? Last Saturday I wrote Look at the little picture and suggested that you should focus on letting go of about 4 ounces every day, or two pounds each week. This post is a continuation of this topic which is quoted from chapter 7 of my book, Becoming Slender For Life.

What behaviors do you need to change or need to do this next week to let go of two pounds? I urge you each week to use the form below, or some other means of making a commitment to yourself. It is OK if you write the same thing for several weeks, just be clear with yourself what it is you need to do and make it happen.

What do I need to focus on this week?

So every week recommit to releasing two pounds. If you don’t hit that mark, that’s okay too, but you do need to recommit every week to your weight release goals. As you think about each coming week, ask yourself: What do I need to focus on this week? Is it being more calm and relaxed, is it getting in more exercise, eating more vegetables, or what?? Remember your 52 Reasons from Chapter 3. Be sure you post a new reason for being at your goal weight each week.
