What to eat if you're a plant-based athleteIf you are thinking about becoming a plant-based athlete, you may be wondering what to eat. Whole grains, vegetables and fruit. There is a limitless world of healthy combinations of whole plant-based foods out there for you to enjoy. When I go on 100 and 200 mile bike rides, I load up on grains with some vegetables. Along the route I eat bananas, oranges, nuts and whole grain bread. And, I’ve ridden all 204 miles from to Seattle to Portland – twice – first time in 2 days and the second time in one day.

Sports Hypnosis can help you to change your thoughts and your desires about whole plant based foods and help you to end your desires for the fat and processed foods that slow down your performance. And, if you’re not an athlete, you too can learn self-hypnosis to help get you off the couch to be more active and to make the plant-based food choices that improve your health.

To be honest, I know that most of my readers are not athletes. But, I do believe that this information can be valuable for you too. If high performance professional athletes can successfully win living a whole food plant based lifestyle, then so can you and your family.

If you are an athlete and want to improve your performance, sports hypnosis can benefit you. If you are not an athlete but would like to get up off the couch more and be more active and/or want to eat healthier, learn self-hypnosis. Either way, hypnosis can help you to focus on your goal.
