Food, not drugs
Recipes, not prescriptions, should be your focus. Joel Fuhrman, M.D. tells us in his book, The End of Dieting, that “The standard American diet is killing us. Instead of providing us with our basic needs for good health, it has produced a nation where disease and chronic illness are considered to be inevitable and just another natural consequence of aging.”
Doctor Fuhrman writes that “You don’t have to be one of them. Twenty-eight million Americans suffer from the crippling pain of osteoarthritis. You don’t have to be one of them. Thirty-five million Americans suffer from chronic headaches. You don’t have to be one of them. You simply don’t have to be sick.”
One of the many things that I love about medical hypnosis is that almost daily I get hear about how someone is improving their health with a plant-based lifestyle. Clients are telling me that they have more energy, have less pain and with supervision of their physician, they are reducing or eliminating prescription drugs. They have chosen plant-based recipes, not prescriptions.

When I was dealing with high blood pressure and pre-diabetic, the thought of living my life on prescription drugs was not what I wanted to do. Thankfully, hypnosis changed my life and perhaps saved my life.
