You can live your life slender for life
Some Slender For Life™ weight loss hypnosis clients are excited and thrilled to share their weight loss success stories. I am excited and honored to share a few of their stories.
US National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health: “To maintain weight loss, individuals must adhere to behaviors that counteract physiological adaptations favoring weight regain.
The main strategies adopted by members to keep a stable weight in the long term were: 1) high levels of physical activity (about 1 hour per day); 2) eating a low-calorie, low-fat diet; 3) eating breakfast regularly; 4) self-monitoring weight; and 5) maintaining a consistent eating pattern across weekdays and weekends. An encouraging result is that the chance of longer-term success increases in members who had managed to keep their weight off for 2 years or more. Finally, low levels of depression and disinhibition, and medical triggers (ie, general practitioners or specialists promoting weight loss for medical reasons and/or having a family member with a heart attack) were also associated with weight maintenance.”
