I don’t know about you, but the image of this chickpea meatloaf brought back wonderful memories of my grandmother and her meat loaf. We’d sit at her kitchen table and talk as she mixed hamburger, egg and oatmeal in her old mixing bowl. Of course, back then, I was obese.
I love that today, thanks to weight loss hypnosis, I can look at images of a plant-based meatloaf and have wonderful memories of grandma’s unconditional love and have a large amount of no desire for foods like meat and eggs that make you fat and sick.
But, this chickpea meatloaf looks really good. A I read the ingredients, my mouth begins to water. I’m looking forward to trying this one!
